Our Unique Difference

We take time to educate our patients and their families because knowledge is your best defense against fear.

Our physicians and ancillary staff are always available to answer your questions and to make sure every aspect of your care is carefully explained. We have an extensive collection of educational resources at the center which have been carefully selected by our physicians to further educate you on your treatment. Our former patients also serve as mentors to new patients, taking their calls and answering their questions about the treatment they will be receiving.

Our highly skilled staff provides precise and sophisticated treatment with a caring, supportive personal touch.

We host support groups at the center, which are led by our physicians and attended by the staff responsible for your care. We are also well-connected in the community and can provide an extensive list of available support groups and services throughout the South Bay. Over the course of your treatment, you'll find that your physician and the staff aren't simply providers of medical care; they become like family. Patients and their families often come back after treatments to thank us for their care and many are willing to donate their time to further the mission of the center.

At the South Bay Cancer Center, we focus on the whole patient-body and mind.

Our center was founded by two-time cancer survivor with the mission of providing state-of-the-art, compassionate care to all patients regardless of race, gender, or income. We accept all patients and insurances at our facility, and we are proud to be one of the few centers in the area that treats Harbor-UCLA patients. Without our center, many of these patients would not have access to radiation treatment.
